Most off-the-shelf tools handle one vendor well and the rest poorly. Multi-tenant deployment, where each customer needs isolated data with shared infrastructure, makes the problem harder.
Rami needed a platform that could ingest from multiple hardware sources, present a unified view per tenant, and scale without sacrificing privacy or performance.
