To simplify this, our team at Codebuddy built CostGPT, an AI-powered app to calculate the cost of software along with time estimates. It lets you get a close-to-accurate estimate upfront, before talking to us.

Now, how does it work?

There are two ways you can get the estimates:

1. By describing your idea in detail. For example: A vibrant social platform that connects people through the power of multimedia. Users can share their life's moments, from breathtaking landscapes to heartwarming memories, with their followers. Users can also follow others on the platform, add filters to their videos and images, and engage with others through comments and likes. They will be able to create Stories, which lets you share temporary photos and videos with your followers. These 'Stories' appear at the top of your Instagram feed and are available for 24 hours, as a digital slideshow or a visual status update
2. By entering a link to a reference website that operates in a way similar to your idea. For example: you can just enter www.amazon.com

Once you input your idea/reference link, all you’ve to do is sit back and relax while our AI does some magic. Soon, your estimate will be ready and you can either view it on the web or even download it as a pdf

Please note that the estimates are only to provide you with a ballpark number, not the exact values. And oh, it’s completely free to use.
