Requirements of RushAnswer

Since RushAnswer’s only mission is to become the ultimate solution for all problems related to customer phone calls, they wanted to ensure that they really accomplish what they aimed for through an excellent platform interface. From an informative and well-architectured website to building a platform where one could maintain a complete database of phone calls attended and missed as well as receive information about the callers, everything was done to make the process simpler for clients.

 

The platform is integrated with widgets, CRM platform, and other integrations to enable absolute professionalism and cover everything related to customer communications under one hood. Customization was key so that the business could write their own pitch script for customers for personalization and the rest could be handled by RushAnswer agents.

 

Our development and design team were clear about how they wanted to proceed with the project, and post discussions and clarifications from GCS, we were ready to begin.

Our developers stayed extremely professional with the whole platform, where every feature was neatly highlighted in the right places and worked with excellent functionality. All integrations, API, and widgets were hitched seamlessly in the platform and they made sure the portal was easy to operate.

 

Information security was kept on priority since the company was strict about how they wanted to let their businesses handle and manage their data. We worked closely with RushAnswer to understand what features they wanted to include in the platform and took regular feedback from them on every single prototype. The platform was tested before it was launched to the public.

The colors and font were kept minimalistic for the best user experience.

Ensuring transparency from implementation till delivery in timely updates, prototype reviews and active modifications post feedbacks from RushAnswer, we left no stone unturned in the whole process. Everything was covered smoothly, security features on front-end and back-end, preventing the browser from caching personal data, perfect design, and incorrupt functionality.
