How we built LiveNotary from scratch — US Remote Online notarization platform
LiveNotary is a secure notarization platform that connects businesses and individuals to experienced and commissioned notaries on a subscription-based model as well as allows registration to become a certified notary. It promises to stay consistent with the ever-evolving federal and state laws to provide impeccable service with unmatched compliance and aims to become the market leader in notarization services.
Their only aim was to make these processes feel seamless and simple for their clients who’re stuck and looking for solutions and provide advice and service that is authentic. Focussing on customer service, they aimed everything to be professional and easy, from onboarding till offboarding.

Requirements of LiveNotary
As a notary service working remotely, we knew the foremost requirement of the platform was accurate verification systems of clients, notaries, and documents, secure data transfer, robust and easy-to-use platform suitable for all age groups to understand, simplistic and professional design with top-notch functionality.
Once our goals, agenda, and deadlines were cleared by our resolute project managers and discussed thoroughly with the teams and client, we were set to get our hands dirty into the project.

Let’s be realistic, we’re not saying we didn’t have any challenges to face, of course we did, but it’s our perspective, our speckless approach to those problems, that we solved with absolute grace and exemplary collaboration. We adhered to our policies — well managed, flexible process and transparent delivery.
We worked closely with the operations team of LiveNotary to understand their services in granularity to architect a solution to operate sensitive data and verification systems and integrate it with an interface that was made for a layman. Our team contributed ideas and solutions to come up with a solid platform and database management bereft of flaws and glitches. We tested with a lot of data before launching it to the public.
design
Our design team was equally synchronized
Our target audience is novice individuals of all age groups and hence it is important to keep a minimalistic user design with a holistic and versatile user experience. Our design team was cognizant of the design attributes that were to be united with functions like expressing value propositions with subscriptions models, easy document management interfaces, registration platforms, etc.
The colors, font, and theme for the website were kept easy on the eyes, and the website promoted self-guidance into features and services supported with proper graphics and features.
implementation
Regardless of complexity, implementation is always fun!
Ensuring transparency from implementation till delivery in timely updates, prototype reviews and active modifications post feedback from LiveNotary, we left no stone unturned in the whole process. Everything was covered smoothly, security features on front-end and back-end, preventing the browser from caching personal data, perfect design, and incorrupt functionality.
